Efficient pallet logistics with a stationary lift mast
We developed a stationary lifting mast system equipped with a DSG-0.5-1850 rotary pushing fork for use in an automated compact storage system featuring modern shuttle technology. This system is designed to efficiently transfer pallets weighing up to 250 kg from a roller conveyor to the floor. To achieve an especially low transfer height, the lift mast is installed in a pit. This well-thought-out detail shows how modern technology and practical requirements are perfectly coordinated.
Flexible handling thanks to rotary pushing fork
One advantage of the built-in rotary pushing fork is its ability to pick up pallets crosswise in closed pallet windows. This feature simplifies warehouse logistics and significantly expands the range of applications for the compact storage system.
Optimal discharge in the pre-zone
Our design allows for compact and precise pallet pickup in the front zone of the compact storage system, which is ideal for efficient entry and exit of pallets. Pallets can be removed from a height of 5.75 meters and made available to warehouse personnel on the ground for picking, eliminating the need for additional conveyor technology.
