Developed for the production line of a German premium car manufacturer, the telescopic fork type 150-420-5100 meets the highest reliability standards. Designed specifically for the storage of painted car bodies, this system is mounted on a storage and retrieval machine (SRM) and can handle loads of up to 1,000kg. The customised design takes into account the customer’s specific requirements, with a unit length of 5100mm and an extension height of 150mm over profiles  P1 and P2 to ensure optimum load support.

The telescopic fork is designed for 24/7 use in tough conditions. The robust construction, with a width of 420 mm on the top fork and supports for the transport of skids, ensure  a repeatable removal from the conveyor system. This device plays a vital role in the buffer stock, ensuring the smooth supply of the assembly line.
