With the introduction of the XM-5000 3D production measurement system from Keyence Corporation, AFB is sending a strong signal for the optimisation of incoming goods inspection. The aim is to significantly reduce lead times and thus increase the efficiency of quality control. Mr Válter J. N. Tuna from Keyence demonstrated the system’s capabilities directly on AFB components in a hands-on training session – a valuable input for our team.
