Combining them with conveyor technology, such as telescopic fork and chain conveyor, greatly expands their range of applications. Our transfer cars with lift mast systems ensure safe, reliable, and precise transport of small and large load carriers, even with complex material flow requirements. They are also ideal for single- and double-deep storage, such as for Euro pallets in automated storage systems.

Euro pallets in lofty heights
In a kitchen manufacturing facility, an AFB transfer car with a lift mast and double-deep telescopic fork automates the picking process. This unique solution stores Euro pallets at two depths. Integrated step plates and a ladder make maintenance easier and increase warehouse efficiency.
Precise transport of small load carriers
For an automatic small parts warehouse, AFB has developed a special transfer car with a lift mast and MINILOAD telescopic fork, which has two belt conveyors and enables precise picking movements. The belt-based drive system ensures high dynamics and ease of maintenance, while the single-arm design reduces the overall weight of the transfer car and keeps the construction compact.
