Storing and retrieving trays in the food industry
Push-pull system V-K2-55-173-1000
For one of our clients, we recently developed a reliable push-pull system for the storage and retrieval of trays. The custom-made device is used in the food industry and was designed to withstand environmental temperatures of up to -35°C. For optimal handling of the trays, two push-pull systems were mounted on a vertical conveyor. The loading and unloading are performed in the retracted state, with the support of robotic arms.

• Stroke: 1030 + 30 mm

• Adjustment range of prongs: 1119 mm – 1200 mm
• Speed telescopic fork (loaded / unloaded): 30 / 60 m/min
• Acceleration telescopic fork (loaded / unloaded): 0,5 / 1 m/s2
• Self weight of the complete unit: approx. 300 kg
