Eccentric lifting device with chain conveyor and telescopic fork

For our customer we developed an individual eccentric lifting device with chain conveyor and telescopic fork. This fulfills the purpose of storing and retrieving two metal boxes – and that double-deep, with a dimension of 600 x 400 mm. The challenge of the project was to integrate the device into the lifting frame of the stacker crane. In order to be able to lift the boxes free from the upper table in the middle position of the telescopic fork, we use our eccentric lifting device. The integrated chain conveyor is required to ensure a fast transfer of the metal boxes to the conveyor system.
