Eccentric lifting device with special telescopic fork

Custom design for loading hardening furnaces

For a special application at one of our customers, we manufactured an eccentric lifting device with a special telescopic fork. The device was specifically developed and produced by us for loading hardening furnaces. The eccentric lifting device was mounted on a customer-side transfer car.

Safe Transport – even in hot conditions

To be able to accommodate the containers in the hardening furnace, we installed two support arms on the shortened upper fork. To ensure that the device is not damaged at an ambient temperature of up to 650°C, both the support arms and the top fork have been coated with a special heat-resistant paint. Two guide rails on the side of the device ensure optimal load positioning.
